The collection entitled 'A Drop of Golden Sun' is a happy and joyous tribute to my late father, Eddie, who always looked on the bright side of life. It continues to remind us that “the sun will come out tomorrow... tomorrow...” The translation for a heroine in the Zulu language is Iqhawekazi. In traditional Nguni beadwork, designs and colours are combined to convey specific messages. Colour is the primary way to communicate feelings and yellow is usually associated with abundance, wealth and well-being.
