The Champagne Cascades Collection is inspired by my husband Rikus and our belief in celebrating life in all its magnificent glory with our loved ones. Together we can toast life and collectively say “cheers”. Unkosikazi is Zulu for Wife. In many traditional communities in the South East African region the manufacturing and wearing of beadwork extend beyond personal decoration. The beadwork serves as a visual signifier and a conduit for identification that ascribes meaning to both the wearers and the persons who view the adornment.
